HealthMate
A coach for food, training and sleep.
HealthMate reads the Apple Health data you already have and turns it into guidance for today. Ask it anything, photograph a meal, follow a plan that adapts to your week. No account, no ads.
Your morning briefing
Activity, sleep and recovery, read together and written as one short brief — not a wall of charts.
A coach you can talk to
Chat about food, training, sleep or a habit you want to change, in text or voice. Pick the coaching style you actually respond to.
Log a meal by photo
Photograph what you're eating for calories and macros, or just say it out loud. Manual search and favourites when you'd rather type.
A training plan that fits your week
Tell the trainer your goal and your schedule, agree a weekly plan, adjust it when the week moves. Workouts you record go back into Apple Health.
Menus, read for your goals
Scan a restaurant menu and see which dishes fit your targets, your diet and your allergies — before you order.
Your documents, transcribed
Photograph a lab report and HealthMate types up the values, the printed ranges and what your doctor wrote. It doesn't interpret results or tell you what they mean.
How it works.
Allow the Apple Health categories you're comfortable with; your briefing is written from them. Ask a question or send a photo and the request goes through our EU server to an AI provider, then the answer comes back. AI features can be switched off at any time.

Today, in one brief.
Ask the coach.
Calories and macros, at a glance.

What happens to your data.
No account. Your profile, logs, documents and chats live in the app on your iPhone. AI features send only what the feature needs through our Stockholm server to OpenAI and xAI. They use what we send only to answer, and may keep a copy for up to 30 days to check for abuse. Nearby places are searched on your iPhone. Delete everything from Settings.
